She Was Overwhelmed Too.

ERLI wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built during a season of life when I was trying to do everything for everyone and wondering if there had to be a better way.

The Origin Story

I spent years building a successful family law practice. On paper, it looked like everything I had worked so hard for. In reality, every day felt like stepping into someone else's crisis.

Family law is important work, but it can also be heavy. I spent my days helping people through conflict, uncertainty, and some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Over time, I realized I wanted to help families in a different way.

At the same time, I kept meeting people who knew they needed an estate plan but never seemed to get around to it. Not because they didn't care. Not because they weren't responsible. They were simply busy, overwhelmed, and trying to keep up with everything life was already asking of them.

I understood that feeling because I had lived it myself.

I became a mother at 17. I raised my daughter while earning my degree, building my career, and learning firsthand that life's biggest responsibilities often arrive before we are ready.

That experience shaped everything that came next.

So I built ERLI.

The Problem We Solve

I wanted to keep helping families, but in a way that felt aligned with who I am. I wanted to focus on protecting families rather than managing conflict. I wanted to create a process that felt welcoming instead of intimidating. I wanted estate planning to feel positive, empowering, and accessible.

That idea eventually became ERLI. A modern estate planning practice designed around convenience, clarity, and peace of mind.
