Founder & Managing Attorney
KimbERLI L. Trader-Jones, Esq.
KimbERLI is the attorney, the founder, and the reason this whole thing exists. She spent years in family law before deciding she'd rather help families protect what they love than watch them fight over it. Same skills, much better energy.
She became a mom at 17, raised her daughter Averie while putting herself through law school, and somehow came out the other side with a thriving career, a husband, and a blended family of eight. Six kids. One very full house. A calendar that would make most people cry. She wouldn't have it any other way.
If anyone understands a busy, overwhelmed, "I'll get to it eventually" kind of life, it's her. That's exactly why she built ERLI to be simple. She handles every client personally and treats them like her own people: with honesty, warmth, and zero intimidating legal nonsense.

Justin Jones
Justin keeps the numbers in line and the business running, which is a fancy way of saying he's the one who makes sure everything adds up. He runs billing and finance with the kind of steady, no-nonsense approach that makes the rest of the team breathe a little easier.
He's also the friendly face you'll spot out in the community, building relationships at networking events and happy hours alongside Brooke. Turns out a firm full of brilliant women could use a guy who's happy to shake hands and talk shop. That's Justin.
He's also married to the founder, which means he's been all-in on ERLI since before it had a name. Equal parts partner, supporter, and team player.

Brooke Trader
Brooke is the first friendly face you'll meet at ERLI, and somehow also the reason everything actually gets done. She's warm, she's organized, and she has a sixth sense for making people feel taken care of before they even know they needed it.
She recently closed one big chapter and started a fresh one, trading Boca for a move back home to Melbourne and a whole new beginning. If anyone knows that life can pivot when you least expect it, and that the best move is to face it head-on, it's Brooke.
If ERLI feels less like a law firm and more like talking to a friend who happens to have all the answers, that's Brooke's doing. She leads client experience, founder outreach, and brand partnerships, and she makes all of it look easy.

Averie Trader
And then there's Averie. A brilliant, beautiful college student, and almost definitely the reason you found us in the first place. She runs ERLI's social media and brand content, which is a polite way of saying she's the one making estate planning look cool on the internet. (Not an easy job.)
She's young, fun, and full of ideas, balancing classes, content, and a brand she's helping build from the ground up. She's just getting started, and she's already got the instincts of someone twice her age. Watch this space, because she is going to be a force.
She's also KimbERLI's daughter, born when KimbERLI was just 17. In other words: she's been part of this story since the very beginning. She just has a title now.
